College Football at Lambeau? It happens under my proposal
College Footbal Jamboree

This spring Clemson Head Football Coach Dabo Swinney suggested that for Spring Games College Football teams should play competition from outside of their own program. The NFL plays preseason games and high school football teams play in scrimmages and jamborees, so why shouldn't College Football do something like this?
My proposal is for College Football to develop a Spring Jamboree format, similar to what many high schools do all over the country. Since there are 124 FBS teams now that UTSA, Texas State, South Alabama, and UMass have joined I would suggest 31 neutral sites. At these 31 neutral sites you will have 4 teams participating in 2 games. This would be spread throughout the first 4 weeks of April.
Most of these games would be played at NFL Stadiums, giving players a bowl like feel in the Spring. The teams invited to these neutral sites will be within short driving distance, with the exception of only a couple schools.
The games would be a full 60 minutes. It is up to each coach how they would like to treat this game. Some would likely use it as extra practice, while others might go all out and treat it like a regular season game. Just depends on what is best for your team. This is a great chance for a Non BCS Conference school to possibly upset a BCS Conference team on a neutral site. It also could be a game used to get notice from poll voters in the preseason.
Here is my list of games. The idea isn't to match up 2 powerhouses, but just to give a team an opponent that they don't see everyday in practice. Again, all games would take place in April and be played on Saturday and Sunday. All times given are EST
