1. Houston- Keenum ranks #1 nationally in passing yards with 2,005

2. SMU- Big win over TCU moves the Ponies to #2 in our CUSA Rankings

3. Southern Miss- tough road game against Navy this week for USM

4. Tulsa- While only 2-3, those 3 losses came to 3 top 10 teams

5. Central Florida- Godfrey yet to throw a TD pass this year

6. East Carolina- Toughest part of the schedule is over for Pirates

7. UTEP- Miners played Houston tough, but come up short in the end despite scoring 42

8. Marshall- Big win last week over Louisville for Herd

9. Rice- The Owls offense ranks 96th nationally in scoring and is 117 in scoring defense

10. Tulane- Rumors are that the Big XII is interested in Tulane.....Really?

11. UAB- Big home game as Mississippi State visits Legion Field

12. Memphis- How much longer can Porter survive?

Week 6 Predictions

UCF 20 Marshall 10- Knights defense will be too much for Marshall to score on

Houston 52 East Carolina 38- If you like teams that pass the ball, this is the game for you

Southern Miss 27 Navy 24- This will be a tight game, but USM will figure out the option in the 4th

Rice 35 Memphis 20- The Tigers continue to struggle as Rice picks up CUSA win #1

Mississippi State 35 UAB 13- State needs this win if they are going to become a bowl team in 2011

Syracuse 31 Tulane 17- Orange has won the last 2 meetings in New Orleans by a combined score of 55-7.
